Service Description

This package includes: Intake Form + Research on your Site + Initial 1-hour Phone Consult + Half Day Site Visit Environmental & Socio-economic Assessment + Holistic Planning Meeting + 24-page Design Action Sheets + Follow up 1-hour phone consultation. What to expect: On site Zach will walk your land and provide feedback and cogenerate a vision for your land and your goals. Following the site visit clients are provided with a 24-page PDF (Design Actions Sheets) which outline key recommendations and design suggestions for the land. This includes a full property design layout concept for suggested plantings, infrastructure, improvements, etc. NOTE: For projects and properties looking to fully realized the ecosystem design method as a complete road map for project initiation, completion and upkeep, it is recommended to combine this package with an Eco-system Design with the Complete Ecosystem Design package. Travel costs: Travel costs are included for any sites within a 5-hour drive of Zach's core work areas: Ottawa, Ontario; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Santa Fe, New Mexico, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Please inquire for additional costs for other locations. If Zach is in your area for other work, there will be no additional costs. Payment: Your payment is a deposit that covers the intake process + initial 1-hour consultation + follow-up 1-hour phone consultation. If you decide to pursue the entire Site Assessment & Holistic Planning package, then this $900 deposit is put towards the package price ($3900). NOTE: The booking for this package consists of the date and time for the Initial Phone Consultation portion, other dates and times for site visits and design package renderings will be determined.
