Service Description

This package includes: Intake Form + Initial 1-hour Phone Consult + Follow-Up Design Chats by email + 24-page Eco-system Design Index Sheets + Digital Eco-system Design Layout Map + Follow-up 1-hour Phone Consultation. What to expect: The intake form will put Zach and you on the same page for your project and property vision and goals. Initial phone consultation helps hone the goals for the eco-system design. Design chat help gather data and inform for the design process. Zach will render a 24-page pdf that includes an Eco-system Design Map and Design Index Sheets that refer to all the key aspects of the map using an alphabetical index and exemplify the design details within the pdf sheets. NOTE: For projects and properties with less of a sense of what you want and less ground work in soil sampling, property mapping, etc., it is recommended to combine this package with a site visit as a Complete Ecosystem Design package. Payment: Your $600 payment is a deposit that covers the intake process and initial 1-hour consultation and follow-up 1-hour phone consultation. This deposit goes towards the $3000 Eco-system Design package cost.
